What You Will Do  

Order management support: 

• Cooperate with sales and WH to issue invoices when delivering.
• Tracking and follow up with carrier and customer (include CO & CQ)
• Timely notify mentors/ supervisor of any extraordinary occurrence.
• PO tracking and record for order management and payment process.
• Inventory report update. 

Billing support:

• Customer information checking and correct before issuing final invoice.
• Update VAT rate for material source. 

Others:

• Arrange hard documents in order.
• Submit supply chain document for signing and stamping as Department's inquiry.
• Ad-hoc topics are discussed during period. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd, 4th year student majoring in Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Economics.
• No work experience is required.
• Experience in Logistics and transportation is preferred.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point….
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, willing to learn.
