Procurement Intern – Engineering – BS/MS Student

What You Will Do 

  • Perform operational and tactical sourcing activities. 
  • Administer system approval requests including Ariba Supplier Management, Oscar Change 
  • Requests, and Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICR). 
  • Support the onboarding process for new vendors and parts. 
  • Assist Supplier Quality with necessary documents for the Product Risk Assessment process. 
  • Check the onboarding status and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct spends report analysis. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Pursuing a Bachelors/ Master’s degree related to Supply Chain / Industrial engineering.
  • Can commit 6 months for the internship. 

How we work together: 

  • We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. 
  • Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
  • Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.  

This will be an office-based internship.
