Sales Operation Intern

What You Will Do

You are responsible for:

SAP DIR:

  • Review SAP DIR data loaded & validate.
  • Carry out product mapping and needful analysis.

Consumer purchase data:

  • Data download and consolidation.
  • Mapping table update.
  • Support to generate analysis report.
  • Review data errors (If any).

Employee Mall:

  • Order fulfillment support.
  • Support family sale.
  • AR/AP handling and month end closing.

Support Sales admin:

  • Assist in ad-hoc report creation.
  • Support PH Sales administrative works.
  • Keep track and monitor market trend data. 

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Advanced or expert level of MS Excel.
  • Preferred 3rd or 4th grade in University/College.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to commit 6 months for this internship.
